Galapagos pig poem

The second I saw it, I knew

The legends, all of them, were true

I screamed and tried to race away

On this beautiful summer day

They all told the same story

Although it was horribly gory

The one I didn’t believe

The one about the boy

Who was played with like a toy

Now I try to paddle away but I know it’s no use

I feel like an abandoned mother goose

I would have no chance

Not even in Limousin, France

To escape the monsters jaws

Now I knew I was done

The afterlife had pretty much begun

So I just kept swimming

As my vision was dimming

As I was scoffed by the Galapagos Pig
